Tips and Safety Warnings
CANDLE:
CANDLE TIPS:
- Before first lighting any candle, make sure to trim the wick down to 1/4", and always trim the wick down again before relighting. We suggest wick trimmers for this purpose if candles are a constant in your life.
- The first time you light a candle, allow it to burn for at least one hour to allow the flame to form a wax pool across the entire top of the candle. This will help prevent tunneling over the course of the candle's life.
- Essential oil candles are not meant for large spaces! They are much more delicate than the synthetic fragrance oils usually found in commercial scented candles, and do not throw their scent as much as a fragrance oil does. We recommend our bougie parfumee premium scented candles, made with blends of only premium essential and fragrance oils, if you are looking for a very strong candle.
SAFETY WARNINGS:
- Always burn candles within sight.
- Never burn on or near flammable objects or drafts.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
- Stop using candle when less than 1/4" of wax remains.
- Container may be hot when and after candle is lit. Allow wax to cool completely before handling.

PATCH TEST: Stay safe and test your skin to check for a reaction from any new products that you are going to use on your skin. Apply a small amount of any new Brigid Trading Company products to clean skin on the inside of your elbow. Cover and leave for 24 hours. If a rash or redness appears, do not use this product.
